And it’s especially so for busy individuals who simply don’t have the time to sit down and read or watch for hours at a time. With podcasts, they could easily multitask.

For the Playfully Curious: The Legal Geek Podcast
Sometimes, our curiosity about the law goes deeper than what actual lawyers in the real world do. Whenever we read or watch stories, the legalities of the plot may have crossed our minds once or twice. Fortunately for us, there’s a podcast dedicated to exploring the potential legal consequences of the action that unfolds in many of our favorite comic book and science fiction stories.
This show is The Legal Geeks. Aptly named as such, this podcast is hosted by Jessica Mederson and Joshua Gilliland. They’re experienced lawyers who are very much familiar with the intricacies of this field. But, more than that, they are science fiction geeks at heart. They delve deep into popular stories such Star Wars, and the many works produced by Marvel and DC Comics.

Dealing with the law is one of the most serious things that a person can do. There’s a clear reason why people spend years at school, earning the right to practice law. Making mistakes in it can cause some very serious damage. Because of this, it’s quite hard to make jokes about the law. It’s difficult to laugh about some of the things that happen in this world.
But, despite this, it would still be good to laugh about the things that happen in the legal world. This is what Reasonable Doubt does. Mark Geragos, a well-known criminal defense lawyer, joins Adam Carolla, a comedian and an experienced podcast host in this show. Law is one of the things that we’re always curious about. This is evident in the number of books, TV series, and films that center around the lives of lawyers. Many of us spent most of our childhood watching Law & Order with our parents. We were fascinated by the defense lawyers and the district attorneys debating passionately in court. Luckily, books, TV series, and films aren’t the only entertaining sources there are about the law. There are also a lot of podcasts.
